Today, we posted a new article on a recent court decision in a case in which a large corporation tried to restrict access to the courts for injured people by forcing injury lawyers to pay attorney fees when they lose a case.
In Keystone Freight Corp. v. Stricker, a Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas rejected a corporation's attempt to penalize an injury law firm for suing on behalf of an injured client. The case was an attempt by a large corporation to add risk to lawyers representing injured people and it failed.
