In a story I posted earlier this morning, I related the recent Erie Times News article about Pennsylvania's teen driving laws and one organization's suggestion that they need to be improved to limit Pennsylvania car accidents. The article did not include the suggested improvements to Pennsylvania's driving laws so I went to the site myself to find out what the group suggests.

Here is what the group suggests ought to be done to improve highway safety laws in Pennsylvania:

Primary Enforcement Seat Belt Law;
All Rider Motorcycle Helmet Law;
Booster Seat Law;
GDL (Graduated Driver Licensing) - Nighttime Restrictions
GDL - Passenger Restrictions
GDL - Cell Phone Restriction
GDL - Age 18 for Unrestricted License
Mandatory BAC Testing
Ignition Interlock Law
Texting Prohibition
