The PaAJ Legislative Update planned for June 23 in Erie has been postponed. PaAJ Legislative Counsel Mark Phenicie must be in Harrisburg for votes pertaining to the House Bill that may allow lawyers in auto cases in Pennsylvania to argue specific monetary award for non-economic damages.
