Our client was injured in an Erie car accident when a young woman feel asleep at the wheel, crossed the center line and collided with our client's vehicle.  Our client ended up with foot fractures that required two surgeries and kept her from working for over 9 months.  Even after the surgeries, her foot was not back to normal as she continued to have pain and stiffness in her foot.

All of her medical bills were paid, fortunately, but she had almost $16,000 in unreimbursed lost wages.  Her case resolved for the full policy limits available on both the driver who fell asleep ($25,000) and her own underinsured motorist coverage ($100,000).

Awarded: $125,000 (Policy Limits)
